CarMaker 3.5 Release - new dimensions in virtual drive testing

Comprehensive, systematic Hardware-in-the-Loop tests significantly help shorten development cycles of innovative driver assistance systems or powertrain concepts. The release will provide more efficiency to the entire development process and will open up many new applications in the field of virtual test drive. Navigation-in-the-Loop creates the prerequisites to test and develop predictive, map-based advanced driver assistent systems and energy management systems.

In particular, this applies to TruckMaker for heavy commercial vehicles, which builds on the CarMaker platform. TruckMaker pro4 now extends the range to clearly more demanding four-axle vehicles.
