IPG Automotive GmbH: Bernhard Schick new Managing Director

Bernhard Schick, 49, graduated in mechatronics from Heilbronn University. After more than 13 years in various leading positions in the automotive industry, he joined IPG Automotive GmbH in 2007. An internationally recognized driving dynamics experts, he has the sound expertise necessary for linking practical driving experience with objective measurement and simulation methods. The motoring enthusiast with many years of experience in racing and testing knows exactly how to assess and optimize vehicles in terms of driving behaviour. Bernhard Schick: “My experience contributes directly to the product development of our simulation tools. Our objective is to model the working place of a real test driver according to the same principles in a virtual driving test. All driving manoeuvres are applied to simulation, too.
